Who we are
Saura Agency LLC (“Saura”, “we”, “us”) is a marketing agency licensed in Sharjah Media City (Shams), Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, under trade licence no. 2429701.01. We decide how and why the data in this policy is used.
This policy covers sauragency.com in Arabic and English, our free tools, our newsletter, proposals you sign online, and the client accounts connected to us. Saura Jobs has its own privacy page at sauragency.com/jobs/privacy.
What we collect
- When you book a consultation or contact us: your company name, email, WhatsApp number, website or social media link, the services you are interested in, your budget range and the time you pick. We also note how you reached us: the page you came from, campaign tags in the link (UTM) and the Google Ads click ID.
- When you subscribe to the newsletter: your email, your language and the page you subscribed on.
- When you use a free tool: the details you enter (for example a salary or a nationality) and, if you ask for the result by email, your email address.
- When you sign a proposal online: your name, the package and price you chose, your drawn signature and the time you signed.
- When you message us: what you send us on WhatsApp or by email.
- When you browse the site: the pages you visit and what you click (the link and its text, where it sits on the screen, your screen size and device type), the page you came from and campaign tags. Our script keeps a random visitor ID and a session ID in your browser. It never records what you type into forms.

How we use it
- To reply to you, hold the meeting you booked and remind you before it.
- To prepare for your meeting: after you book, we look at your public website and at search demand in your market, with Google’s Gemini AI and DataForSEO, so the meeting starts with useful numbers.
- To send you the tool result and the newsletter you asked for.
- To deliver the work you hire us for, and report on it.
- To measure our own marketing: which pages and ads bring visitors and enquiries.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We never sell your personal data.
Who receives it
We use a small number of services to run our site and our work. They process data on our instructions only.

Some of these companies are outside your country, mostly in the United States. We may also disclose data when the law requires it, or to a buyer if Saura’s business is ever sold, who must then keep to this policy.
Cookies and browser storage
Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity and Apollo.io set their own cookies to measure visits and ads. Our own script keeps a random visitor ID and the campaign that brought you in your browser’s local storage, and a session ID that clears when you close the tab.
You can block or delete all of these in your browser settings. The site and the tools keep working.
LinkedIn data
When a client asks us to manage their LinkedIn advertising, we connect to LinkedIn only through LinkedIn’s official APIs, and only to the ad accounts the client has shared with Saura.
- What we read: the ad accounts, their campaigns and daily performance figures, and the name, LinkedIn ID and email of the person who signs in, so we know whose connection it is.
- What we change: we pause or resume campaigns and change daily budgets, and only when the client asks us to.
- What we store: campaign figures are fetched from LinkedIn when needed and are not saved. We keep only the connected person’s details and the list of connected ad accounts.
- LinkedIn Pages: managing Pages (reading Page posts and statistics, publishing posts the client approves) is waiting for LinkedIn’s approval and is not live. When it is, it follows the same rules.
We use LinkedIn data only to run and report on that client’s marketing. We never sell it, never share it with anyone outside Saura, never use it to target ads outside the client’s own ad accounts, and never use it to train AI models.
Sign-in tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM on our servers in Germany. They never appear in logs and are never sent to a browser. A client can end our access at any time, by asking us or by removing our app in their LinkedIn settings. When we disconnect, we delete the tokens straight away, and we delete the rest of the LinkedIn data within 30 days of the client’s request.
Where your data is kept and how we protect it
Our servers and databases are in Germany (Hetzner, Nuremberg). Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS), tokens for connected accounts are encrypted at rest, and only our team can reach the data. Some of the services listed above process data in other countries, mostly the United States.
No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your data.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries, bookings and messages: as long as they are useful to our relationship with you, or until you ask us to delete them.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
- Tool results: until you ask us to delete them. Anyone who has your private result link can open it, so share it only with people you trust.
- Contracts and invoices: as long as the law requires us to keep accounting records.
- LinkedIn data: as described in LinkedIn data.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email team@sauragency.com from the address you used with us, or message us on WhatsApp. We reply within 30 days.
Children
Our site and services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we explain it on this page.
