Who we are and what these terms cover
These terms are an agreement between you and Saura Agency LLC (“Saura”, “we”, “us”), licensed in Sharjah Media City (Shams), Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, under trade licence no. 2429701.01. They cover sauragency.com, our free tools and newsletter, booking a consultation, and the marketing services we provide. By using the site, you accept them.
If you hire us, your signed proposal or agreement sets the details of the work. Where it differs from these terms, the signed document wins.
Using the site
You are welcome to browse, read and share our pages. Please do not:
- copy large parts of the site, or collect its content with bots;
- try to reach data or areas you have no access to, or disrupt the site;
- use the site or the tools for anything unlawful.
We may block access that harms the site or other people. Booking a consultation is free and commits you to nothing. We may move or decline a booking, and we tell you if we do.
Free tools
Our free tools (calculators such as salary, iqama renewal and end of service, and generators for contracts, invoices, business plans and more) are free for anyone to use.
Calculator results are estimates based on the rules published when the tool was last updated. Generated documents are starting templates. Neither is legal, financial or HR advice: check a result with the official source, and have a document reviewed by a specialist, before you rely on it. We are not responsible for decisions made on a tool’s output alone.
If you ask for a result by email, we keep it under a private link, as our privacy policy explains.
Working with us
Your proposal sets the scope, price, timeline and channels. Unless your signed proposal says otherwise:
- Nothing upfront. You see the first work within 7 days, before any invoice.
- First month on us if it is not right. If you do not like our work in the first month, you do not pay our fee for that month.
- Monthly contract. No annual commitment and no penalty. You can stop at any time and pay only for work already delivered.
- Your ad budget is yours. You pay it directly to the platforms, and the ad accounts stay in your name.
- Taxes. Prices exclude taxes such as VAT, where they apply.
From you, we need accurate information, feedback and approvals on time, access to the accounts the work needs, and the right to use the logos, photos and content you give us.
We do not promise a specific ranking, number of leads or sales, because platforms and markets are outside anyone’s control. We do promise the work, clear reporting and honest advice.
Ownership
Once paid, everything we make specifically for you (designs, copy, videos, website files and campaigns) belongs to you. Your ad accounts, pages and data stay yours throughout.
We keep the rights to our own methods, tools, templates and know-how, which we use for all our clients. Third-party materials such as stock photos, fonts and music are used under their own licences.
We may show the work we did for you, and its results, in our portfolio and case studies. If you prefer that we don’t, tell us in writing and we won’t.
Confidentiality
We keep your business information confidential and share it only with the people and services that need it to do your work, as our privacy policy describes. This continues after the work ends. It does not cover information that is already public, or that the law requires us to disclose.
Connected accounts
When you give us access to an account (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, your website or another service), you authorise us to act in it for the work we agreed, such as creating, pausing and resuming campaigns, changing budgets and publishing approved content. Your use of those services stays under their own terms, and you can remove our access at any time.
Our content
The site’s text, design, images, tools and code belong to Saura or its licensors. You may quote short parts with a link to the source. Client names and logos shown on the site belong to their owners.
Our pages link to other sites and services. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle data.
Liability
The site and the free tools are provided “as is”, without warranties. As far as the law allows:
- we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or lost data;
- for paid work, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in question.
Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as platform outages, natural disasters or government action.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes go to the courts of Sharjah, unless we both agree on arbitration. We always try to solve a problem by talking first.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Work under a signed proposal follows the terms in place when it was signed.
